The company's foundation is the Legacy Minerals Initiative (LMI), a first-principles systems engineering architecture of 150 technologies across 27 domains and 8 development phases, spanning mining, defense, and space. Every technology exists because a physical, economic, or regulatory constraint demands it.
The same disciplines that extract and process resources safely underground are the disciplines that operate in contested defense environments and that will sustain resource utilization off-world. Signet Solis operates six divisions: Technologies, Space Systems, Engineering, Resources, Services, and Ventures, united by this architecture and an AI-augmented engineering platform.

Mining. Where the standard is forged.
Mining is the starting point because the physics demands it. Resource extraction in complex geology requires autonomous systems, continuous monitoring, and safety architecture validated against real consequences. These are the same engineering disciplines that defense and space require, forged here first because mining also generates the revenue that funds the enterprise.
Defense. Where the standard is hardened.
The physical constraints of contested environments (GPS-denied, communication-degraded, austere) overlap with underground mining. Technology proven underground is technology ready for defense. Compliance frameworks are built into the architecture because the regulatory constraints require it, not because an audit demanded it.
Space. Where the standard is proven.
In-situ resource utilization is mining: same physics, same thermodynamics, different gravity. Operations in the most extreme environments are where every constraint reaches its most demanding form. Signet Solis approaches space through a stepwise path derived from economics: mature where failure is cheapest, harden where stress is highest, prove where margin is smallest.
