Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy covers data collected through signetsolis.com, the investor portal at signetsolis.com/investor-portal, and associated Cloudflare Workers. It does not govern gravity.signetsolis.com, which has its own terms.

2. Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics on public pages to understand aggregate traffic patterns. This service:

• Sets no cookies and uses no local storage for tracking purposes.
• Collects only aggregate data: page views, referrer domain, country of origin, and device class.
• Does not track individual visitors, cross-site behavior, or personally identifiable information.
• Data is processed by Cloudflare and subject to the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Analytics are not active in development environments. In production, the analytics beacon is injected only when a site token is configured by the operator.

3. Contact Form

When you submit the contact form at /contact, the following data is collected:

• Name, organization, email address, phone number (optional)
• Sector of interest and inquiry type
• Message content

Data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database (US region) and transmitted via MailChannels for internal notification. We do not share contact submissions with third-party CRM or marketing services. Data is retained for business correspondence purposes and deleted upon request.

4. Investor Portal

The investor portal requires authentication through Cloudflare Access. Portal sessions store:

• Email address and disclosure tier assignment (DT:0–DT:4) in Cloudflare D1
• Access request history and admin grant records
• Access log entries (route, timestamp, IP address) for security auditing

Portal data is access-controlled and not shared externally. All data is processed under PRISM tier isolation — users only receive information authorized at their tier level. Portal session data is retained for the duration of the access agreement and deleted within 30 days of relationship termination upon written request.

5. Cookies

Public pages set no tracking cookies. The investor portal uses a session cookie to maintain authentication state. This cookie is:

• HttpOnly and Secure
• Scoped to signetsolis.com
• Required for portal functionality — it cannot be declined while using the portal
• Cleared on sign-out

6. Third-Party Services

This site uses the following third-party services:

• Cloudflare — hosting, DNS, DDoS protection, D1 database, Access authentication, and Web Analytics
• Google Fonts — typeface delivery (Barlow, Inter, JetBrains Mono). Font requests may log your IP per Google's privacy policy.
• MailChannels — transactional email delivery for contact form notifications (internal only; your data is not retained by MailChannels)

No advertising networks, social media pixels, or third-party analytics platforms are used.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold. California residents may exercise rights under the CCPA. EEA and UK residents may exercise rights under the GDPR.

To submit a request: contact us with subject "Privacy Request." We respond within 30 days.

8. Data Retention

• Contact form submissions: retained until deletion is requested or relationship closes
• Portal access logs: 12-month rolling retention for security purposes
• Analytics data: aggregate only; retained by Cloudflare per their data policy (typically 90 days)

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as services evolve. Material changes will be noted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site after a policy update constitutes acceptance.
